We are seeking a Team Leader to successfully lead a small team of Direct Marketing Analysts in our call center. The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:
Participates in Direct Marketing activities and leads by example
Lead generation and Client Targeting business activities
Ensures 100% of Service Professionals (CSRs) meet and or exceeds their overall Key Performance Indicators(KPI), quality and productivity standards
Provides consistent, balanced and timely performance feedback on service professional performance
Along with fellow Team Leaders, he/she meets and exceeds all department goals
Weekly reporting to Department Manager

Desired Background / Education:
- 2+ years of business experience in call center or sales like environment.
- Preferred 1+ year demonstrated leadership experience. Must have experience managing a stressful and ever changing environment.
- Must possess demonstrated coaching/developmental skills
- Bachelor’s degree

• The ability and drive to work autonomously with minimum management
• Innovative and creative thinking in developing a growth strategy
• Entrepreneurial drive to grow a business practice area
