Job Summary: The Graduate Trainee program is an intensive two-year program that consists of on-the-job experience and specific training needed to assume a position in a company such as Toyota Uganda Limited. The Graduate trainees will learn supervisory, administrative, financial, selling and technical skills that are in alignment with the company's philosophies and operational strategies. The Trainees will work under experienced managers and gain skills in various disciplines that will aid in the advancement of their career. After a period of 2 years rotational training, the candidate may be offered a permanent position aligned with the skill and ability they display.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The Graduate Trainees must hold undergraduate degrees and be Fresh graduates that should have recently completed their university education.

Age: 25 years of age
