Job Role:

END-TO-END RECRUITMENT:

Achieving the planning and ensuring the proper execution for self and team
Sourcing, screening and evaluation of candidates for middle & senior management
Utilising various platform for sourcing
Quality management for team’s work done
Salary negotiation for candidates
Ensuring team and personal assignment are delivered on time with proper quality
Team Analysis on shortlisting ratio, Interview ratio, success ratio
Problem solving for team

CLIENT MANAGEMENT:

Ensuring repeated business flow from existing clients
New Business development: either directly or assisting Senior management for lead generation
Building rapport with clients
Constant communication with clients
Payment follow-ups

OTHERS:

Data mining and analysis
Keeping updated on recent development on various location and recruitment industry
Adherence to Datum’ processes
HR Software updating on a daily basis
Social Media feeds

Candidate Specification:
The candidate should have atleast 2+ years’ experience in Recruitments
