Description: Prestige Events Company is seeking an intern that is interested in gaining experience in corporate and social events.

Job Responsibilities

• Propose ideas and formulate key strategies for successful events
• Assist in event promotion
• Assisting in all calls related to events
• Clerical tasks as needed
• Find sponsorships and exhibitors for events
• Liaising with Media, artist and designers
• Preparing onsite event supplies
• Assist the team to create proposals
• Assist with the creation of marketing pieces
• Locate sales clients and leads
• Social media marketing with the opportunity to manage the pages

Requirements

• Good customer relations a must.
• Experience in graphic development a plus
• Must have a flexible schedule to work evening and day events
• Must have full office suite experience
• Must be a team player and self-motivated to complete tasks within the allotted deadline given.
• Some prior event knowledge is preferable
• Graduate on fashion, arts, media, music, events or PR related degree or relevant experience/ interests
