CEO – Property Management Our client, an International Property Services and Management Company with offices around Africa and its head office in South Africa has recently opened doors for business in Kenya and they require a CEO to head up and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate, communicate and implement the group’s vision and mission.
Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the group’s strategic plans.
Develop business models to secure long term business positioning to ensure the group’s success.
Lead, guide and evaluate the work of other executive leaders.
Build internal and external strategic partnerships while liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Optimise returns to shareholders through operational growth and effective capital management.
Achieve operational results for all key metrics in line with the annual business budget and plans.
Ensure regulatory compliance and a strong culture of corporate governance.
Ensure adequate processes to identify, mitigate / manage and escalate current and emerging risks.
Maintain awareness of the external and internal competitive landscape.
Maintain awareness of opportunities for expansion, customers and new industry developments.
Key Requirements:
Must have a postgraduate degree in a business related field.
Must have at least 10 years’ commercial property experience.
Excellent understanding of the commercial property sector in Africa.
Must have demonstrated record of revenue and profit growth and new business development experience.
Must have experience at board level.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 665,000 – 810,000/= (Approx. 7,000 – 9,000 USD)depending on experience
