Project Co-ordinator
Ref: 01- PC/TEC-MHL/2015
Scope of Work
Determine project requirement
Assist CTM in drafting and issuance of project proposals, budgets, cash flows
Chair site meetings
Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditure
Ensure clients needs are met in timely and cost effective manner
Maintain contract execution tracking log
Keep CTO CTM,CEO informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
Advise on good work practices for customer satisfaction
In conjunction with the CTM and HR office, draw up engineers training timetable
Ensure that MHL is well within the time lines to avoid any penalties
Submit weekly reports to CEO
Ensure that engineers and subcontractor (s) account for all monies issued
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years’ experience
Age above 35 years
Holds a degree in Project Management from a university recognized in Kenya or its equivalent
Flexible and ready to travel
Valid Driver’s License
2. Bio-Medical Engineer
Ref: 02-BME-MRI/TEC-MHL/2015
Scope of Work
Carry out installation, Site training and commissioning of M.R.I. equipment
Advise and/or give recommendations of site pre-requisites
Attend to M.R.I. breakdown calls.
Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance.
Work closely with the Project Coordinator to facilitate excellent service delivery.
Maintain Communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years work experience
Between 30 and 40 years
Male
Diploma in Bio-Medical Engineering from an accredited institution
Good analytical and communication skills
Background on MRI will be an added advantage
Valid Drivers License
3. Driver
Ref: 03-MVD/TEC-MHL/2015
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years’ experience
Male
Age: above 40 yrs
Valid Driver’s licence
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
