Our client, a multinational corporation specializing in Internet-related services and products is seeking to recruit an operations lead.
Supply Chain Job Description
Candidates should a minimum of 3 years working experience in the field of Program Management; Supply Chain Management& Logistics Management.
Qualifications
An undergraduate degree preferably in a business related field;
Minimum Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Program Management; Supply Chain Management; Logistics Management
Previous operational, international logistics or fleet management experience preferred
Experience in project or program management with proven track record of successfully setting up and executing operational processes.
Proven track record of success in previous work experiences (coordination, remote communication via phone, launching products internationally.)
Relevant experience including direct people management required (team lead, resource planner etc.)
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management. You will be responsible for working with a cross functional team, including: legal, engineering and policy department internally
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand fluently French and English
Competencies for Supply Chain Job
Good Interpersonal skills , with a strong ability to motivate and steer teams
Strong commercial and negotiation skills and relation builder
