Position: Sales and Marketing Executive - Cleaning Services

Location: Nairobi

Nature of Job: Full timeSummary: Our client a fast growing cleaning services company seeks to recruit young and energetic sales people to market and sell cleaning services to companies, premises and individual offices.
Duties
Pre-planning weekly sales prospects
Networking, Cold calling and visiting potential clients
Arranging meetings with potential clients and explain the services and provide estimates and proposals
Record information on a database and maintain clients’ database
Setting up of appointments
Target appropriate clients-Facilities, premises, Companies, Healthcare, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Education etc.
Survey and assess potential client’s needs.
Preparing of quotations/proposals/tenders and presentations
Conduct follow up calls, relationship building and free demos for clients
Market all Services within the company: Cleaning Services, Pest Control and Specialized Services
Negotiating the sales and clinching business with clients
Requirements
Form four with previous work experience in sales and marketing
Young and energetic
Good communication skills and excellent selling skills
Outgoing personality with a good network
Self-motivated and hardworking
