We are a fast growing tours and travel company with over five years experience in the business of car hire, corporate transfers, tours and safaris. Dala Travel and tours cater for both individual and corporate tours and travel needs with a touch of first class transport solutions tailored to fit their needs and preferences.

Our business model involves incorporating technology to provide a platform for partnership with our customers in delivering luxury, safe, reliable and cost effective transport solutions, whilst offering a high standard of customer service. To achieve this, we heavily rely on superior care of the Motor-Vehicles and our highly trained, professional motivated and experienced Chauffeurs.

Business Development Executive;

As the driving force behind generating new business and contacts, Dala Tours & travel is looking for a successful business development executive who will be a critical cog for its growth plans.

Duties and responsibilities

Develop and manage a strong effective online present
Prospects for target clients for an increased business growth.
Determines sales targets and ensures they are successfully achieved
Responsible for heading up the company expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients
Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend
Drive peak performance and sales success across the Company
Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements
You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets
Analyses and plans innovative strategies of selling.
Endeavour to build healthy bonds with new clients
Identifies new opportunities for sales campaigns that can lead to increased sales.

Excellent marketing, sales prospecting and relationship building skills
Ability to think strategically and passionate about driving the business to implement targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage results-oriented teams

Qualification;
Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Management with three years’ driving experience;
