New Kenya Co-operative Creameries Limited is one of the leading Dairy Companies in the Country known for its world class brands that include KCC Butter, Ghee, Gold Crown, Safariland and Mala among others.
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and result driven person to fill the following vacant position:-


Sales Representative
5 Positions
Ref: HR/SR/03/01/2015

Job Purpose: The Sales Representative will be Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. He/She will ensure the products are available in the market at all times.



Key Responsibilities

Supervise Salesmen/Ladies in the direct selling and marketing of the products
Prospect for new clients and markets
Set targets and monitor performance of the different sales routes
Oversee the collection of debt at the territory level
Generate periodic reports (sales reports, market intelligence reports, debt collections reports)
Resolve market disputes (customer care services)
Ensure proper use of resources allocated to the salesmen/ladies such as vehicles and crates
Ensure pricing of products is done uniformly in the outlets and as per policy
Execute sales promotions and oversee merchandising activities
Manage and control credit among clients
The Candidate Specifications:

The candidate must possess the following qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or business field
Diploma in sales & Marketing from a recognised institution will be an added advantage
3 -4 years’ work experience as a salesman/lady preferably in an FMCG
Minimum three years driving experience
Extensive experience in an ERP environment, SAP experience will be an added advantage
Essential Skills
Familiarity with standard office computer applications
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Good analytical and report writing skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Basic supervisory skills
