Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Follow-up service
Carrying out field trials
Ad vertising and promotions
Adm inistration

Qualifications

A suitable tertiary degree and/or diploma in Agriculture and/or Marketing, and sales and agronomic training are essential, and candidates must be able to work independently.

The following are important requirements:
Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, and selling products. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Excellent oral and written expression and comprehension.
