Our client is a leading player in the wind industry. They are part of a consortium who are building the largest project of this nature on the African continent to date. Having overcome many difficulties during its development stage, the project has been nurtured to now site high on the political agenda of the government, and construction is about to start.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager from a reputable EPC player, who brings into play previous experience in managing the execution of megaprojects (FIDIC) in remote areas in Africa. Backed by an experienced, hand-picked team, this individual will also be responsible for the company’s presence in country, including management of peer stakeholders, local and regional government representatives, and Executive Management both in South Africa and Europe.
 The role is Nairobi based on full expat terms.
