Job Description

Our client, a world class Bakery specialising in a wide variety of delicious and healthy breads, rolls and pastries is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager. 

The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in FMCG.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
• In liaison with the finance manager, prepare annual sales plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and units.
• Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orientation and training of employees in liaison with the human resources manager.
• Oversee the running of the in-store bakeries and ensuring that the products on display are fresh, of the right quality and are sold within the right time limit.
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in commerce majoring in marketing.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience in FMCG.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 130,000 – 180,000/= (Approx. 1,529 – 2,117 USD) depending on experience
