Job Description
UK4Africa is a United Kingdom based company with a vision to develop 50 African countries up to UK standard in 21 key areas by bringing about socio-economic change to the benefit of the people. We are seeking to employ highly motivated, resourceful and result oriented females to fill the position of Business Development Managers.
The ideal candidates will be primarily responsible for Human Resource management through the recruitment and training of external seminar coordinators known as Development Partners (DP), as well as handling internal staff and other operational logistics.
Requirements
- Must be Female and not more than 30 years old by December 31st 2014.
- Possess at least a Bachelors degree from any of Business, Humanities, Arts and Social Science disciplines.
- Minimum 2years post graduate experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service and Human Resource Management.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications is compulsory.
- Demonstrable leadership quality.
- Must be passionate about Africa’s development and compassionate towards vulnerable members of the society.
