Job Description:

• Leads the sales effort for our Brand of seed products.
• Performs direct selling activities and demand creation
• Coach, teach and manage a team of sales promoters where necessary.
• Directly manages the assignment of customers and prospects to a sales promoter.
• Provide leadership and vision for the distribution channel (promoters, farmers and dealers) in the territory.
• Implements sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory.
• Manage all dealers, farmers and stockists in the regions to grow sales volumes.

Qualifications:
2+ years experience working in an agri-related position.

• Diploma/Degree in agri-business, agri-economics or any agriculture relevant course.
• 2+ years experience in sales or marketing.
