Job Description

Main Accountabilities

· Deliver crop volumes, Quality, while embracing good Agricultural practices in the Division

· Participate in the preparation of Estate budgets & performance

· Responsible for the Care & use of Company assets in the Estate/Division.

· Responsible for cascading Company information to the employees in the division.

· Implement all company policies and procedures in the Division

· Monitor & Control expenditure in the Division.

· Coordinate the Recruitment, Training & development of personnel in the Division.

· Support the development and review of the plantation strategies

· Ensure SHEQ requirements are implemented

· Deliver the business targets aligned to Unilever business strategy in the Division.

Qualifications

· Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering or any other related field. · Minimum 2 years experience in a related field.
