Our client in the manufacturing sector based in Nairobi seeks to Hire a HR Officer
Performance management of employees
In charge of external training and development
Payroll preparation by 24th of every month
Recruitment and termination
Meeting Environmental, Health and safety standards
Handling employees relations matters
Developing and updating policy manual
In charge of ISO processes and procedures
Planning of manpower requirements
Update employees files
Human resource strategy
Organization development and structure
Timely, proper and accurate reports preparation of departmental report
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Directors from time to time.

Desired Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
Member of IHRM
Experience in Payroll preparation
Good Communication skills
Good knowledge of labour laws
Experience in handling staff issues
At least 5 years’ experience – experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
Pay is 90,000 gross
