Our Client is in the FMCG industry, currently recruiting a Marketing Manager.Key Area of Responsibilities
Responsible for managing a large sales and marketing team and making
Planning marketing and branding objectives of the products r.
Expanding product solutions and offerings.
Preparing marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
Analyzing market trends and recommending changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Preparing and adhering to budgets.
Overseeing the sales team, assigning products to all marketers, receiving their reports and advising management on retention by performance.
Nurturing and enriching all external perception of the company and growth of market share.
Engaging consumers on social media.


Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics

minimum degree in marketing or a related field
Two years of work experience as a marketing leader.
Strong effective communicator.
Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large of diverse creative employees.
Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution. Commitment to continuous learning.
Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customer, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.
Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
Passionate in marketing and demonstrate creativity, independence and dynamism in marketing
Salary 60,000 – 100,000
