Position Description:

EcoZoom is looking to boost its sales force and build relationships in new parts of Kenya. We are looking for an experienced sales person, with a successful track record and excellent customer service skills that can assist us in achieving our goals. The Sales Associate will have key role in establishing and developing key customer relationships and assisting in building the EcoZoom brand across Kenya.


Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Associates are:
Establish new customer relationships and work closely with EcoZoom Account Managers to further develop customer relationships.
Act as a primary EcoZoom representative and ambassador for the EcoZoom brand offering customers valuable face to face contact.
Educate customers of the features and benefits of EcoZoom products and help build awareness of our brand and business.
Maintain good communication links with the EcoZoom Head Office in Nairobi and respond to the needs of both colleagues and customers in order to ensure a customer–focused approach at all times.
Make recommendations to the EcoZoom team on how to respond effectively and appropriately to the needs of customers.
Take orders and ensure that all associated administration is conducted as required.
Ensure that orders are entered correctly in the EcoZoom system. Conduct training sessions of sales agents and distributors and provide other marketing and sales support as and when required.
Maintain a cost-focused approach to the business ensuring that maximum sales are achieved at the minimum cost possible.

Desired Skills and Experience


Knowledge, Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). An Excel proficiency test will be administered to selected applicants.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the industry of the industry that EcoZoom operates in.
A proven track record in sales.
Creative!
Desire to excel in any position and learn new things.
Ability to balance multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service.
